This service is operated by Niek De Visscher, creator of the Out of Office Generator. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.

IP address (anonymized and used for basic analytics)
Message parameters (e.g. selected language, style, and message length – no message content)
OAuth scopes (only temporary access to Microsoft 365 out-of-office settings if granted)
No personal names or email addresses are stored

We use cookies to improve your experience and remember your preferences (like cookie consent). You can revoke this consent at any time.

4. Microsoft 365 connection

If you choose to connect your Microsoft 365 account, we only use the granted permission to set your Out of Office message. No email content or personal data is accessed or stored. The access token is not stored after completion.

5. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (with anonymized IPs) to understand usage and improve the service. No personally identifiable data is shared.

6. Data retention

We do not store user-generated message content, names, or authentication data. Anonymized usage data is retained for 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can request deletion of any associated usage data by contacting us directly. However, we usually do not retain any personal data.
