2. Use of the Service

This tool allows users to generate out-of-office (OOO) replies using AI and optionally connect to Microsoft 365 to set these replies automatically. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

3. Microsoft 365 Integration

When connecting to your Microsoft 365 account, we temporarily request permission to update your out-of-office settings. We do not store your credentials, send emails on your behalf, or access any personal content in your mailbox.

4. Data & Privacy

We only store anonymized information for analytics purposes (e.g. selected language, message style). Full privacy information is available on our Privacy Policy page.

5. Limitations

This service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee message accuracy or proper functioning across all devices or Microsoft tenants. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages before setting them live.
